FEATURED PROJECT: Vinidex

Due to the consolidation of their two Melbourne manufacturing plants
into their existing Sunshine plant, Vinidex required an additional
1500 m² storage warehouse, 9,000 m² of extra external concrete
hardstand, and while they were at it, an upgraded fire service to meet the current fire brigade regulations.

We were initially awarded the construction of the redesigned 9,000 m² heavy duty concrete hardstand. This led to Berne Fleming Civil being awarded the detail design and construction of a 1500 m² warehouse and the detail design and construction of a full plant fire services upgrade contract.

These contracts, including the construction of silo foundations, cost in excess of $3m. It is fitting that we completed our largest building contract to date, with one of our oldest friends, Vinidex.
